milk jug yo yo… fun SLEEP OVER idea

Of course our extended sleep over required a few movement activities.  I combined two fun ideas I found around the web and the kids got moving.

We used milk jugs and a homemade yo yo to make these Milk Jug Yo Yo’s.  (Thank you creativeconnectionsforkids and tinkerlab for the inspiration!)

This post is a part of the SLEEP OVER lesson plan.

I love how easy and inexpensive this is. And with the rate that I go through milk jugs I can make quite a few. Pinning your great idea!

They were so fun and so easy to make. (Make sure you save a milk carton for you. You’ll want to play too!) Thanks for the pin.

That’s a great idea! This is for those who can’t play classical yo-yo like me 😉 I’m going to do this and train with my kids :))
